tv sasiu PT90 defect sunet

Tv NORIKO N2180MTG, cu sasiu PT90, procesor ST92195C781, jungla STV2248H si  final sunet TDA7494. Defectul consta in lipsa sunet, cu toate ca pe OSD apare ca fiind prezent( fara posibilitatea de a modifica volumul). Unde gasesc un dump pentru acest model ?.
